3PCC Super Climbing Day ( New date)

3PEAKS bring another new date in the club calendar.

Our first Club Climb.

This is a 116 km route with a good bit of climbing. There are spectacular views at Bencroy summit over the surrounding countryside. It will be done at a comfortable ENDURANCE pace, with options to stop for food and drink in Ballinamore and Dowra. It is important that we proceed at a light pace as energy is needed for the climbs, and if you’ve burned all your matches before you get there… well, that won’t be good. The Bencroy descent is gravelly, with some poor road surfaces, tight corners, and unpredictable sheep. The start and finish is at the Round-O, Enniskillen, at 9.30am. Here is the route:
